Montegordo is located in the border with Spain. The closest localities are Sao Ayamonte and Tavira. To arrive in this locality you can come by car or airplane.

By car:

Using Madrid as a starting point to get to Montegordo, you must take the highway NIV Andalucia or the National V Extremadura; both following signs to Seville. Once in Seville you must follow the A-49 E-1 direction Huelva, and from there follow the signs to Portugal following the A22 Portugal. Once in Portugal take the Montegordo exit, Vila Real de Santo Antonio.

By airplane:

To arrive by airplane you must land in Faro airport which is about a 45 minute car ride to Montegordo. If you decide to land in Sevilla the car ride to Montegordo is a little over an hours´time.
